General Order Processing Notes
All efforts are made to dispatch orders within 48 hours (9am – 5pm Monday to Friday), however this may vary during busy periods.
By placing an order with www.snoozymonkey.com.au you are agreeing to your parcel being left at a safe location at your postal address, should there be no one to receive your order. For best security, we recommend that our customers use a business address where possible.
Shipping Costs
AUSTRALIA
Free Shipping for orders over $59 inc GST across Australia.
Australian orders less than $59 inc GST, will be charged a flat rate shipping charge of $9.90.
Express Australian Post for all Orders minimum $26 inc GST, will be charge at flat rate shipping charge of $15,90, delivery time takes between 2 to 4 days.
New Zealand
Standard International for orders minimum $26 inc GST, will be charged at flat rate shipping charge of $35
Standard International for orders minimum $150 inc GST, FREE
Australian Delivery Times
Due to the bulky nature of our Snoozy Monkey, Australian Parcels are sent with Australia Post.
Australia Post is currently experiencing delays across their postal network due to COVID-19. Current shipping estimates have been updated below in line with information from Australia Post, however, please note that these are estimates only, and are subject to change depending on Australia Post.

- Regular Shipping
Estimated delivery is 3-11 business days, state dependent. Delivery estimates are subject to Australia Post shipping times, and are not guaranteed by Australia Post.
- Express Shipping
Express Shipping can be selected on your order at check out. Please note this is applicable for Australian orders only.
Estimated delivery is 1-6 business days, state dependent. Delivery estimates are subject to Australia Post shipping times, and are not guaranteed by Australia Post.
Please additionally note that, due to COVID-19 and associated delays, Australia Post have suspended their Express next-business-day guarantee for all areas.
New Zealand Delivery Times
New Zealand Parcels are sent bulk air freight – North Island transit 2-3 weeks and South Island 3-4 weeks.
Please note that Express Shipping is not available for New Zealand orders.
Split Shipments – not available
Please note that we are unable to offer split orders or send items on the same order out separately.
For Pre Orders, please note that this means that any in-stock items ordered with pre-order items will be held until the pre-order item/s are available, and will then be shipped together. Please keep this in mind when placing you order.
International Shipping
